Abstract— Dealing with a college, university, and its faculty, or
any academic organization without an ideal software solution in the
present times is painful, identical in the case of any establishment or
organization. Hence the quality solution is needed that could ensure
the smooth functioning of the organization as a whole, and with an
ERP system, this trouble can actually be solved. A college
management system that is used by colleges to manage their regular
activities which consist of the management of faculties, students,
Books and Library information, parents data, Assignments,
Admission process, outcomes and reports, exams, activities,
Attendance, Timetable, costs, and extraordinary reports. It offers
one-factor get right of entry to to control this large type of activities
correctly and efficiently. The users are divided into three classes –
students, faculties, and admin.
I. INTRODUCTION
The problem is to provide complete facts about the
college campus. in which the college staff members,
students and parents can access the information and will
be familiar with the college campus. it will provide
interactive surroundings for the staff, students, and
parents by using getting information on student
attendance, remarks, assessments performances, grades,
timetables, notices, and so on.
An ERP system is used for maintaining records with the
aid of an enterprise, such that they can be effortlessly
accessed and considered by means of different users up.
Up-to-date paper records from paper documents is a
difficult assignment, which may be simplified by ERP
system. Old records may be accessed easily. It simplifies
manually entering information or acting task and
generating outcomes. College management system
provides a simple interface for maintenance of student
facts that may be utilized by colleges updated maintain
the records of students. The creation and management of
correct, information concerning a students’ academic
career is critically important within the university as well
of student information, academic associated reports,
college details, course details, curriculum, batch info,
placement info and other resource related details updated.
It’ll also have faculty details, students’ details in all up-to-
date, the various academic notifications up the staff and
students updated with the aid of the college administration.
We can add, modify, search and delete data about teachers,
student and other staff of the college.
 It consists of personal data about teachers and
students.
 It contains the attendance of students and teachers.
 It contains the record of students.
 It evaluates the development of students consistent
with their marks.
 It manages the fee of students.
 It contains all the records about the college to be
displayed.
 It contains the timetable for class coordinators and
professors and students.
 It has all of the data about the guidelines and
policies. Admin has a different login for
maintaining.
 it will contain the assignments and submissions of
students. It will display the notices provided via
college or schools.
II. METHODOLOGY
The system comprises of 4 major modules with their
sub-modules as follows:
  View Attendance: Student can view
attendance.

1. Admin:  View Event: Student can view all event

detail.
 Login: Admin can login his personal
account.
 Add/View Student: Admin add student
detail into a system.
 Add/View Teacher: Admin add Teacher
detail into a system
 Add/View Librarian: Admin add librarian
detail into a system
 Add Time-Table: Admin set and add time
table.
 Fee Paid/Unpaid: Admin enter fee detail
into a system.

 View Event: The teacher can view event
detail from the database.
3. Student:
 Login: Student can login his personal
account.
 View Profile: Student can see his profile.
 View Books: Student can view book added
by librarian.
 View Time-Table: Student can view all
timetable detail.
 View Assignment: Student can view all
assignment detail added by teacher.
 View Result: Student can view result.
The development of the new system contains the following
activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping
in view of the database integration approach.
 User friendliness is provided in the application
with various controls.
 The system makes overall project management
much easier and more flexible.
 It can be accessed over the Internet.
 Various classes have been used to provide file
upload and mail features.
 There is no risk of data mismanagement at any
level while the project development is under
process.
 It provides a high level of security using different
protocols like https etc.
 V. CONCLUSION
The development of the new system contains the
following activities, which try to automate the entire
process keeping in view of the database integration
approach.
 User friendliness is provided in the application
with various controls.
 The system makes overall project management
much easier and more flexible.
 It can be accessed over the Internet.
 Various classes have been used to provide file

VI. FUTURE SCOPE

In future work, we plan to deploy it in our college
