Implementing the right strategies and tactics which fits in the community will make a
business boom as it increases revenues and sales and get more positive reviews from buyers.
Actions to be implemented were identified from ways to achieve objectives, branding, designs,
specific advertising platforms to community and public events.

1. Social Media
Facebook Advertising is the most powerful demographic targeting tools.
These Facebook ads allow you to put your brand and services in front of
90% of those people in your community.
Google Place- The digital strategy includes the development of a free
Google Places account that will make your funeral home listed in local
searches so that people can easily locate your Funeral business.
Website- The company’s websites should look modern and accessible on
mobile devices to maximize conversations to our clients. While providing
helpful information about offered services.
Testimonials/ Ratings- Testimonials will be posted at the website of the
business. This can compel potential customers to venture in our business
because it can create a positive impression and connection with the
emotional testimonials implied.
2. Public Event Sponsorship
 These types of events can help the Sweet Dreams Funeral Home make
publicity while enhancing brand awareness. However, the events must be
designed around the interests and events in your specific community. For
instance, SDFH will organize concerts and shows that give raise
awareness to the potential buyers.
3. Benchmarking
 Analyzing the direct and indirect competitors of the funeral business
leads to have a competitive advantage. The data will then be analyzed
and look for the opportunities for improvement. Also, it could be a way of
finding what is the best action or solution to take.
4. Print Ads
 Print Ads such signage, posters, tarpaulins, flyers and placing ads in
yellow page directories and newspapers will alert people about your pre-
planning services, which suited very well with the target market who are
adults and senior citizens who mostly read newspapers.
 These will provide information about the business and contact
information.
5. Environmental-Friendly Products
 Featuring environmental-friendly memorial products is a great way to
attract customers as they prefer highly personalized memorials for their
deceased loved ones while increasing revenue. Given this goal, locally-
made memorial products are what the business offers.
