RKN Company ltd is a registered company in Tanzania whereby it will be dealing with the
production of vegetables pastured chicken and fruits production all type according to the area
itself how its whether is
People want and need fruits and vegetables with good taste and high nutritional quality. Our
national diet is disgrace. We have a huge problem of obesity.

We thought that fruits and vegetables is fact on need because of the problem that facing
different people on the society due to people didn’t know the good uses of fruits and
vegetables on diet to the human health.

This problem will be no longer on need when people educated about the good use of fruits
and vegetables and possibilities of accessing it to the market. Sometime the society doesn’t
knew the important of eating fruits and vegetables to the health by following the principle of
eating diet. Farmer’s group will provide healthy and delicious fruits and vegetables to the
public. In addition to vegetables and fruits, the company plans to produce and market manure
compost garden amendment products.

All society are on need of using fruits and vegetables, but mostly who has that need is all
children who under ten years to five years.

Of course, all people are in need of such problem but there are some regions which suffer
from the malnutrition, diabetes, obesity, weight gain and so forth. This is for child under 15
years. Region such as Iringa, Dodoma, Singida and so forth.

Our products, it satisfy the need of our customers by reducing the different problem like
diabetes, weight gain, cancer and so forth. So, the need of our products will keep reducing the
numbers of disease that we have in our country such as Iringa, Mbeya, Dodoma, and singida
region which suffers to some extent of diseases like diabetes, cancer, and kwashiorkor etc.

Even today these products are available but they are not enough for the qualities of supplying
to internationally, such avocado, tomatoes, pumpkin, onions etc. So, our company will
attempt to produce products that will have good quality that will be supplied nationally and
internationally. The company wants to make different products in the society in terms of
packing and preserving to the market.

The produced products will be distributed both wholesale, also we will be distributing
products regionally, nationally, and internationally. Also the customer ordering large quantity
will be derived our products or our service to them for those whom need to come to the farm
we expects to have retail building also it will be allowed for the customer to order products
on line, through phones calls, or by email .we believe that after delivering the order we will
be faster in processing the presence order .Also we will be having distribution agreement
with whole seller. Distributors and others

This need have the following important in the society such as

a) can help protect you against cancer, diabetes, and heart disease
b) it contains many of the essential vitamins and minerals that your body cannot produce
on its own; this is what makes you feel healthy and energized
c) it decrease the risk of weight gain, which associated with several diseases such
diabetes and blood pressure

Fruits and vegetable are very important in the society, but if this need being unmet today the
following adverse consequences will happen;

a) Increase of diseases like diabetes, kwashiorkor, and obesity

b) Risk of weight gain
c) Decrease of vitamins and minerals
d) People will not have healthy and energised

All children under 18 years is a group which suffer a lot if that need unmet to the society and
all adults for some extent can get a cancer, obesity and weight gain.

The company will be producing different varieties such as Avocado, peas ,tomatoes, onions,
different types of pumpkin, pastured chickens, and pastured cow within the area .All this
product will be produced in high quality and health way so that it will be enjoyable by
customs.

The company will be a seasonal agri-tourism business offering you pick tomatoes and many
other produced like carrots, onions, green vegetable, pumpkins, on maize, peas, beans
cassava and others.
Product or services that take place in a business idea are researched for market conditions.
We already based on customer and market while creating a business idea.

Business promotion will use two key promotion strategy first, will be to get the customer to
visit the farm, Second ,then we will be getting customer to buy something .Therefore the two
methodologies will be applicable to agro-tourist as well as other people within the country.
Also the basic promotional strategy will be to advertise in key markets to get customers onto
the farm on media TVs, radio, Internet, newspaper , conducting also balanced diets
nutrition’s concerts ,brochures everywhere necessary Having this all skills will convince the
customer to spend more money.

The fruits and vegetables will cost a lot of funds to be implemented. But the implementation
time line for the proposed project in this business idea will be as follows.

 Phase 1; Buying land which is owned villagers in the most fertile area with good
price to us
 Phase 2: Fencing the area and designing greenhouse by using LEED like leadership in
energy and environmental Design.
 Phase 3: Building Green house which will allow us to start full production
 Phase4: Full production in green house will be opened for full production ,sales and
tours

Products differentiation is the key and with food products, this can be difficult, so with farm
produce our company has to compete on price .The prices on the food products are generally
10% below the competition because our company will be moving with lower overhead costs
than its competition .Also the cheaper food products will be used as a draw to get people
onto the farm .Then it will be up company to sell them something with high value
