In the interest of service and in pursuit of institutional integrity and culture of service
excellence, the Best Regional Office (BRO) Award Technical Committee is hereby created to be
composed of:

The Technical Committee shall assist the Technical Working Group in performing the
following tasks:

o Gather and consolidate data and information based on the indicators identified in the
TESDA Best Regional Office (BRO) Implementing Guidelines;
o Evaluate data and the supporting documents based on the indicators specified in the
scoring guide; and
o Prepare evaluation report and endorse to the Technical Working Group for
deliberation.

Expenses that shall be incurred by the Technical Committee shall be charged against the
budget for the TESDA BRO Award lodged under the Certification Office.

All Central, Regional, and Provincial Offices/Operating Units are hereby instructed to
provide all necessary documents and information in support of this undertaking,

This Order takes effect as indicated.
