Discussions focused on how to access, what to encode/upload, who can
access and how the TVET graduates can access this page/site

platform for encoding of the job vacancies and other related information on

1. Start your virtual World Café of Opportunities experience
 Using your laptop or phone, go to this link: https://27.tesda.gov.ph
 Choose your respective region
 Browse the jobs vacancies and other services posted on the page

2. If you choose JOB VACANCIES, do the following:

 Browse for the job vacancy you want
 Click the “apply” button
 Read the job description and other information attached to the vacancy
 Follow the next steps required in the application process:
 Click the link for the google form
 Fill in all the required information
 Attach your CV/Resume
 Click submit
 Wait for the prompt (virtual interview or company will call)
NOTE: The application form/google form and the uploaded CV/Resumes will be shared to the participating
companies for purposes of evaluation.

EXPERIENCE:
 Prepare for virtual interview (if prompted by the company)
 When prompted with the virtual interview, prepare yourself virtually for this. If you are at home
remember these:
 Ensure to have a white background or in an enclosed area
 No unnecessary noise should be heard during the interview
 Make sure that you look your best (interview attire)
 Make sure your mic and audio set is working properly

 If the TTI/TVI prepared an interview room for you, be sure to look your best at this time.
 If the company will call you later, ensure that you check your mobile phone for that message.

 Wait for the Result (for the virtual job facilitation)

 The company/ies where you applied will eventually feedback you of the result of the application or
you are considered HOTS (hired-on-the-spot).
Or check your phone for that message if the company will not immediately announce the result of
the application.
Respond professionally afterwards.
