To Whom It May Concern,

If you are looking for a passionate, selfless, and dedicated teacher, look no further than Ally
Slone. I had the pleasure of hiring Ally to finish out the last five weeks of the 2021/2022 school
year in an open Biology and Biomedical Science position at Almont High School. She came into
a difficult situation as our Biology teacher had a death in the family and two other substitutes
had filled the position before Ally came to us. Even under these tough circumstances Ally has
flourished.

Ms. Slone has made immediate relationships with students and staff alike and has seamlessly
integrated herself into our Almont family. Her positivity, intellect, and work ethic are stellar and I
am so pleased that this educator will be influencing generations of students to come.

Had I had an opening for an Elementary Education, K-12 Learning Disabilities, or Psychology I
would snatch Ally up in a heartbeat! She is extremely hard working, intelligent, and a champion
