In exigency of the service. You are hereby designated as SHS Focal Person for the School year
2022-2023. As such you shall perform the following duties and functions, to wit:

1. Coordinates with the School Head in the formulation/ implementation and monitoring of
Enhanced School Improvement Plan
2. Facilitates organizational efficiency and the effective management of the people, system of the
school including designation of task, coaching, mentoring and instructional supervision of school
staff.
3. Monitors and asses the curriculum and its implementation including the approval of the teacher
assignments loading and class program.
4. Ensures child friendly, safe motivating environment.
5. Leads in the creation and implementation of standards for teachers and students.
6. Monitors and use of updating LIS and EBEIS.
7. Encourages participation of stakeholders.
8. Assumes leadership in planning and preparation and delivery of SHS program.
9. Conducts Instructional Supervision for effective and competent delivery of the curriculum.
10. Reports to the school heads.
11. Prepares Purchase Request as needed by Teachers.
12. Monitors teachers within the subject groups.
