IV. PROCEDURES These steps should be done across the week. Spread out the
activities appropriately so that students will learn well. Always be
guided by demonstration of learning by the students which you can
infer from formative assessment activities. Sustain learning
systematically by providing students with multiple ways to learn new
things, practice their learning, question their learning processes, and
draw conclusions about what they learned in connection to their life
experiences and previous knowledge. Indicate the time allotment for

F. Developing The management and sustainability of the business depends on the


mastery values and beliefs of the proprietor or the people. In the Philippines, Filipino
entrepreneur may implement rules, practices and principles based on their
values they had grown up with their family, learnt and adapted.
Filipino values can be traced from our very own Filipino culture.

Filipino Values can be inherently good or bad some Filipino practices the
values and are good and some live by values that are bad.

The well known Filipino traits are pakikisama (fellowship), hospitability,


family orientation, joy and humor, ability to survive, hard work and
industrious, flexibility, adaptability and creativity, while the values that should
be avoided in business practice are bahala na, mañana habit, ningas
cogoon, amor propio and padrino system.
