Instructions: Create a scenario/situation where a leader in a group/organization portrays or
demonstrates all the four (4) functions. Emphasize how each role contributes to the
effectiveness of the group.

Scenario: The professor told his students to group themselves into three for the upcoming
Thesis Project. They are tasked to create new inventions that can be helpful to humans. So Loid,
Yor, and Anya group themselves.
As a leader of the group, Loid told his teammates what are their goals and plans to make their
invention possible (Planning). Then afterwards Yor assigned their task, she's in charge to buy all
the materials needed for the said project while Anya is the one who will prepare them
(Organizing). Loid will write all the materials needed and the procedure in making their project.
Once they are in the situation of making their project, they actively help each other by handling
out the materials and supporting and reminding one another of the procedures needed in order
to make a successful innovation so that they will have a high remarks. (Leading) & (Controlling)
