Limitations:

1) Due to a time constraint, we were unable to gather data using surveys and were restricted to In-
person interviews. This limited us to qualitative data and we were unable to gather significant
quantitative data
2) There was a visible bias as employees and top management alike were only providing positive
responses. Due to this, we were unable to gauge if certain problems might exist.
3) An event was taking place in UMT, which meant that many employees were unavailable and we
were restricted to less amount of people
4) The lower-level employees were lacking confidence and due to that were unable to participate
in an interview. They felt that they were not qualified to give an interview and refrained from
doing so
5) There seemed to be a greater focus on individual exercises rather than team building which
limited their productivity and harmony
