I have known Avica Robings for five years as a teammate, roommate, and best friend and I can say it is
noticeable through her hard work and dedication that she is applicable for this job. She strives to do her
best in every aspect of her life whether that is on the field, studying in the classroom or teaching children
at the art studio, Nine Studio.

Avica is a team captain on and off the field. She leads by example and does everything in her power to
help her team succeed. Playing aside Avica, I have learned that hard work pays off. It is incredible to
watch her time management as she balances being a student-athlete and a full-time employee at Nine
Studio. Juggling these three full-time jobs, it can be easy to half-do all projects or requirements. But
instead, Avica strives to understand each assignment and will work countless hours to provide the best
and sufficient outcome.

Avica’s devotion to art carries through as she teaches children from ages 6 and above. From the stories
Avica tells, you can understand and feel her love for helping curate a memorable experience for the
students. It is inspiring to watch her come up with creative ways to entertain the children in each session
she's booked: movie nights, birthday parties, arts n crafts sessions, and more. Her ardor for children not
only shows with her students but as well with her little sister, Alice. Hearing their conversations, it is
heartwarming to take in and see how much admiration she has for helping kids blossom in their everyday
lives.

In addition to her academics, work, and athletics, I would like to mention her love and passion for
everything art. It is inspiring to watch her creativity come alive as she is molding a beautiful ceramic cup,
screen printing on tote bags or shirts, or even doodling in her notebook as we sit on the couch. I look up to
Avica and value her opinion immensely when it comes to anything art or fashion related. Through Avica’s
innovation and creativity, watching her design process unfold is influential.

I am very lucky to be part of Avica’s life and I can’t think of anyone better to join your company.
