I, Ms. Nidhi Prajapati II year M.Sc Nursing at C.M.Patel College of nursing have undertaken a
research project to be submitted to Kadi Sarva vishwavidyalaya as a partial fulfillment of Master of
Science in nursing programme. I request your good self if you would kindly accept to validate my tool
on the topic, “A study to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge
and attitude regarding Computer vision syndrome among selected IT Employee in selected IT
company, Ahmedabad city, Gujarat state.”

Objectives of the Study:


1) To assess the knowledge regarding computer vision syndrome among selected IT employee
before and after administration of structured teaching programme.
2) To assess the attitude regarding computer vision syndrome among selected IT employee before
and after administration of structured teaching programme.
3) To determine the effectiveness of planned teaching program by comparing the pre-test and post-
test knowledge and attitude score regarding computer vision syndrome among selected IT
employee.
4) To find out association between pre-test knowledge and attitude score regarding computer vision
syndrome among selected IT employee with selected demographic variables.

To achieve these objectives of the dissertation I prepared the following:
