THE PROBLEM

Statement of the Problem. The main objective of this study is to make an analysis

on the factors that affects good services offered by Bohol Seaport Management bound

for Cebu City for the year 2023 – 2024 with an end view of proposing an enhancement

measures.

Specifically, it aimed to discover the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

A. Employees

a. Age;

b. Gender;

c. Civil Status; and

d. Years in service?

B. Passengers

a. Age;

b. Gender; and

c. Civil Status?

2. What are the factors that affects good services offered by Bohol seaport?

3. Is there a significant degree of difference in the perception of the respondents

some maritime workers leave their vessel.
