GRADUATES RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BE PUNCTUAL AND PRESENT AT HOTEL BY 6.45 AM.
(REGISTRATION COUNTER WILL BE OPENED AT 6.45 A.M. – GROUP CHECK IN LOUNGE, LEVEL 3)

2. DRESSED UP IN OFFICIAL AND APPROPRIATE ATTIRE FOR CONVOCATION CEREMONY.

3. ADHERE TO ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.

4. ALL GRADUATES MUST COMPLETE TRACER STUDY.


5. GRADUATES TO PASS ALL BELONGINGS TO PARENTS BEFORE PROCEEDING FOR ROBE COLLECTION.

6. AVOID LATE REGISTRATION.

7. KINDLY PRESENT ORIGINAL COPY OF GRADUATION PAYMENT SLIP DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

8. SCROLL; ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT AND OTHER CERTIFICATES OF STUDY WILL ONLY BE RELEASED
ON THE 12TH DECEMBER 2022 FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9.00 AM TO 5.00PM.

9. GRADUATES TO BRING THEIR OWN SAFETY PINS AND HAIR CLIPS.

CONVOCATION CEREMONY DRESS CODE
The Convocation Ceremony is an official event. Graduates are reminded to abide to the dress code as stated below. Failing
which, you will be denied entry into the Convocation Hall to join in the convocation procession or receiving scroll on stage.

Dress Code (Graduates)

All graduates attending Convocation Ceremony must adhere to the dress code as stated below

LADIES

(a) Traditional / National attire or ;


(b) Formal attire (long sleeve blouse/ankles length dress/maxi/pants, long sleeve shirts/blouses covers chest/suit), before
wearing the graduation robe.
(c) Shoes must be covered at the front and back.

NOT ALLOWED:

Sport shoes/Slippers/Sandals and short skirts is prohibited.


CONVOCATION CEREMONY DRESS CODE
MEN

(a) Traditional /Formal attire, national outfit or dark lounge suit with neck tie, black shoes with stocking before wearing the
graduation robe;
(b) Short and neat hair cut;

NOT ALLOWED:

Jeans and shorts, sport shoes/slippers

QUEUE CARD

 The Queue Card states your name and academic programme to be announce by Emcee.
 The card will only be distributed on Saturday, 101h December 2022 at Registration Counter.
 The card must be presented to the Team Lead while assembling .
 Graduates to hold the Queue Cards at all time. Avoid losing the queue card.

BRIEFING & REHEARSALS

 All Graduates MUST attend the briefing and rehearsal which will be held on Saturday, 101h December
2022 7.20 a.m.

OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPH SESSION

 All graduands are reminded that they should remain in the hall for the official group photos
PARENTS GUIDE
 Parents and guests are advised to have breakfast before attending the convocation ceremony.
 Parents are required to remain seated throughout the ceremony and are not permitted to leave their
seats to take photos of graduates as this will obstruct the view of other guests and photographer.
 Parents ARE NOT ALLOWED to leave the hall until the end of the Ceremony.
 Parents and guests shall enter the hall through the doors that have been designated by the Floor
Manager. ( will be guide by the floor crew on the day)

ENTRANCE TICKETS FOR PARENTS/ GUESTS

 Each Graduate will receive two (2) tickets PARENTS/ GUESTS to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
The tickets are entrance pass to Ballroom and dining for parents.
 Parents to keep the ticket and produce to the Floor manager at level 1.

IMPORTANT: The tickets to be presented at the entrance of the Ballroom.No issuance of new
tickets to replace the lost one.

IMPORTANT: Children under 12 YEARS OLD ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED into the
convocation hall. Kindly make necessary arrangement in advance.
ROBE COLLECTION
 Collection of gowns are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 10 December 2022
Time: 7.00 am to 8.00 am
Venue: Kuala Lumpur Room, Level 1
 Please adhere strictly to the collection date and time.

IMPORTANT : NO collection of gown will be possible once the ceremony starts.


 Please check your gown carefully for any damage upon collection before leaving the counter. The College
-

will not be responsible for any damage to the gown thereafter.

RETURNING OF GOWN.
 Returning of gowns will be as follows:

Time: 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm
