1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Eleven jersey Company is a store known as a company that sells shirt based on

sportswear such as jerseys. This company provides various types of sportswear according to

customers needs. As part of the study, the information and detailing of this company briefly

explain according to the table of content. This study including company information, services

provided, organizational structure, operational strategy, operational strategy and financial

achievement.

Company analysis also provided in this study regarding to SWOT analysis to make sure

that the balance of this company such as its strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats.

According to the SWOT analysis it will analyze solution based on the problem that occur on

this case study. Furthermore it also can improve the work performance for the case study by

identified the problem and also provide the solution.

2.0 COMPANY INFORMATION.
2.1 COMPANY BACKGROUND.

Eleven jersey Company is a store known as a company that sells shirt based on

sportswear such as jerseys. This company provides various types of sportswear according to

customers needs. Besides that, this company also provided the printing services such as name’s

and numbers printing on jersey, and design printing based on customer’s request. Eleven jersey

Store also accepting orders for jersey from football, futsal teams and also making jerseys for

bicycle and bike groups. Eleven jersey Store also have their own product which is some of the

clothes (jersey) that have their on logo.

Eleven jersey Company is located at Jalan Hilir pasar, Kampung Rantau

Panjang,17200, Rantau Panjang, Kelantan. The owner of this company chosen this location

because it is located at the strategic area which is in the town. Eleven jersey Company is a

company that registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) on the year of 2013.

Eleven Jersey Company started the operational days on the April 2013 and it started by making

jersey promotion to customers who came to visit their store. In years 2013, this company just

selling the jersey only but after sales increasing, the owner of this company upgraded his

company services by providing the printing machine to make sure that his company become

more option of services to the customers.

Eleven Jersey Company led by Encik Raff Ashraff Bin Ghazali and his partners which is Puan

Amelia. This company is a youth business and in the year of 2013, they only have 2 staff

members but after a few years the owners has adding 7 staff because of high demand on the

jersey. The owner adding a few of staff to make sure that the business become more effectively

in any section such as marketing and strategy plan to make sure that the customers recognize

their product.

Company.

The organizational chart above shows that the company organizing led by Encik Raff

Ashraff as a owner of Eleven Jersey Company and his partner of this business Puan

Amelia as know as manager of this company. Eleven Jersey Company have 9 staff

members that separated by their working department. In JF Store there have 3 staff

members under marketing services, 4 staff members of printing services and 2 staff

members of general workers that have to serve the customers

2.3 SERVICES PROVIDED.

Eleven Jersey Company is a company that provided the sportswear to the customers

which is jersey such as football, futsal and bicycle group jersey. Beside that Eleven Jersey

also provided printing services, for example name and number making service on the

jersey, designing services according to the customer’s request. Not only that, JF Store also

receive order by customers who want to make their jersey by their own design, so they can

deal with customer services to deal the design provided in this company.

2.4 BUSINESS OPERATIONAL.

2.4.1 MARKETING.

Eleven Jersey Company have their own marketing, in Eleven Jersey the first

marketing provided to attract the customers come to their store is buy up of RM

100, the customers can get free 1 jersey, which is jersey with logo of Eleven

jersey

Eleven Jersey Company has multiple marketing services, not only give promotion to the

customers to attract the customer’s passion, but Eleven Jersey also market their business

through the platform online such as shopee and lazada. This effort of marketing is to expand

their business not only through physical means but people can get to know their business

through online platform.

2.4.2 OPERATIONAL STRATEGY

Eleven Jersey Company make it their operational strategy by dealing the design from

the customers (chosen the design that have customers needs.), then, make it their own ( if

customers needed ), then, discuss about the price per jersey including type of design and type

of logo chosen and last but not least chosen the type of fabric to make it the final jersey look.

Lastly give the average time and date to make sure the jersey finish touch up.

2.5 FINANCIAL ACHIEVEMENT

According to phone call interview with the owner of Eleven Jersey Company which is

Encik Raff, the information that have been receive by the owner is the highest sales of

Eleven jersey is RM 300 per months. Besides that, the profit earned by Eleven Jersey

Company is RM 3000.
