Subject: Warning to all the employees due to increasing absenteeism and turnover.
As you all know , we have had a tough year. We are recovering slowly but surely. So , I'm here to
inform you that it has been observed that several employees are increasing taking leave and
resigning as well. Analysing this the board has came to a conclusion regarding this issue. The
company policy, which all of you are aware of, has already mentioned the consequences of
increasing absenteeism. The penalty for such act was $100 which will be $500 from 28.04 .2021
onwards. Also , those intend to resign will have inform it 3 weeks before resignation.

SUBJECT: Invite for computer training program for information technology department
We have arranged a computer training program for information technology department, this training
is scheduled on May 29 between 9 Am to 5PM at training Room 117. This training is specifically
designed to teach about common usage of computer in the information technology department and
also give insights on specific applications, So this will give immensely knowledge to improve the
computer operating skill, So request everyone in the information technology team to make use of it
and ensure your presence.
This training is to going conduct for all the teams who are using the computer system, due to the
limited seat constraints, currently it is arranged for information technology team and will plan for
other teams in subsequent week to upskill the computer operating skills.
