a) M/s Indisas, New Delhi.
b) M/s Devik Enterprises, Odisha.
c) Sirius technologies, bengaluru was rejected on 1 st stage 2nd
sitting in 24/3/22.
(ii) Following firms may be asked to submit lab test certificate
issued by NABL accredited lab with reference to QRs parameter

same be placed before next TPC meeting.
(a) M/s Almighty Techserv, New Delhi.
(b) M/s Ashbond, New Delhi.

Note : However the field trials were conducted again which was
not categorically mentioned in the last TPC sittings, If field trials
were supposed to be conducted then all the technically qualified
firms should have been given a chance to participate in the trial.
it is informed that R-STEC was held on 15/11/22 and 16/11/22 and
the board has conducted trials the parameter 3(c) and 8 of
QRs/TDs and recommended both the firm as qualified.
It is also not clear whether the lab reports as requested in the last
TPC meetings were submitted or not and if submitted whether
they are after the date of the tender or before the date of the
tender.
02 B.P. Patka- 26000 Nos. 02 firms 1st stage 2nd TPC 1st stage 1st sitting held on 02/09/22 and recommended that:-

sitting. (i) To reject the offer of M/s Secure Mobile Ltd, New Delhi
(ii) To accept the offer of M/s Star Wire(India) Ltd, New Delhi and
carry out STEC.
In accordance with directions of TPC STEC-cum field trial held on
07/11/22 and found that firm has qualified the qualitative
requirements as prescribed/approved by MHA.
Note : During the field ballistic evaluation at NFSU Gandhi Nagar
one of the given sample has got broken welding after 4 th shot of 9
mm ammunition. The board has highlighted that however they
have passed the vendor. Needs to be discussed.
In the past also field trial of the same item have failed leading to
scrapping of the bids.
