Q1. Find the Cartesian coordinate for the following homogeneous vectors.

Q2. Find the matrix that shifts the point (6, 3) to the point (4, 19). Hence, find the image of the
point Q (7, 20) under this transformation.

Q3. Transform the triangle with vertices A(4, 2) , B(4, 4) and C (2, 4) by applying the matrices

For each transformation, sketch the result in a graph.

Q6. Reflect the triangle whose vertices are A(6, 7) , B(1,  7) and C (11, 6) about the

Q7. Illustrate the effects of shearing transformation on the triangle whose vertices are A(0, 0) ,
B(2, 0) and C (1, 1) .
(a) Shearing in the x -direction with shear factor 3.
(b) Shearing in the y -direction with shear factor 1.
(c) Shearing in both x and y directions with shear factor 3 and 1 respectively.
