    I, RICHELLE C. AMATOS, a bonafide resident of Calawag, Pikit, North Cotabato would like to request your
    or transfer from Bulol High School to Datu Dalandag High School because of the following reason to wit:

    1.The proximity of my current school assignment where I’ve been teaching is far
    from my home. I believe that I will be more productive and effective if my station is near to my
    residence.
    2.Considering the distance, I can save from the fare I will spend on my daily travel expense.

    In case of possible transfer my plantilla item position will be leave at my current school.
