Hi Amy,

Thanks for sharing. These changes look great. There were still a few typos/errors and I have made
comments on the module. Of particular importance are two changes to the narration – 1 on the
Learning Objectives slide and 1 on Scenario 3 of the Workplace Discrimination section. Once those are
corrected, it is ready to go to narration. Please let me know when you expect we will receive the final
version with narration.

Thank you for recommending those photos – I approve of them all. I am done my review, the comments
I made yesterday were either typos, grammar errors, or items that I had previously requested be
changed that weren’t. I’m not sure if he just hadn’t made those changes yet, but I wanted to sure they
were done before he includes the narration. I can confirm that once those comments are addressed,
there should be no further requests for edits.

Good morning Kim, we are almost at the finish line!

Alana will respond regarding the final review of content and the last sign off / approval. I know The
extent of the feedback and requested changes has been an unexpected undertaking for our team.

Regarding the images, in the review round before last, I provided examples of images saying they were
examples and to review all images with this feedback in mind. I thought this might be most effective as
describing changes was not sufficient. We’ve discussed how images are design elements; therefore,
combined with the feedback and examples provided, I did not expect to see in this last review an image
of smiling faces on a laptop screen with a scenario for harassment.

Please let me know should you wish to discuss further.
