ΟΡΟΙ ΙΣΧΥΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΑΠΟ∆ΕΙΞΗΣ

• Εξουσιοδοτηµένα πρόσωπα: Η παρούσα απόδειξη ισχύει µόνο αν έχει εκδοθεί και υπογραφεί από εξουσιοδοτηµένο υπάλληλο ή αντιπρόσωπο της
Εταιρείας.
• Επιταγές ή εµβάσµατα: Η απόδειξη αυτή δεν δεσµεύει την Εταιρεία για οποιοδήποτε µέρος του αναφερόµενου ποσού που καταβλήθηκε µε επιταγή ή
άλλου είδους έµβασµα, εκτός αν η επιταγή εξαργυρωθεί όταν η Εταιρεία την παρουσιάσει στην Τράπεζα για είσπραξη ή όταν το ποσό του εµβάσµατος
κατατεθεί στον λογαριασµό της Εταιρείας.
• Προκαταβολές: Αν το ποσό που εισπράχθηκε αφορά προκαταβολή σχετικά µε πρόταση ασφάλισης ισχύουν για αυτήν όσα περιλαµβάνονται στην πρόταση
ασφάλισης. Αν η είσπραξη αφορά προκαταβολή για οποιαδήποτε αλλαγή σε ασφαλιστήριο, η Εταιρεία επιφυλάσσεται να τη δεχτεί ή όχι εκδίδοντας, σε
περίπτωση αποδοχής τα σχετικά έγγραφα. Σε περίπτωση µη αποδοχής της πρότασης ή οποιασδήποτε αλλαγής, το ποσό που εισπράχθηκε επιστρέφεται σε
αυτόν που το πλήρωσε. Για πλήρη ενηµέρωση για την αποδοχή ή µη της πρότασης ασφάλισης ή οποιασδήποτε αλλαγής ο ενδιαφερόµενος πρέπει να
επικοινωνήσει µε την Εταιρεία.
• Ευθύνη Εταιρείας: Η είσπραξη οποιουδήποτε ποσού δεν αποτελεί οποιασδήποτε µορφής ευθύνη ή δέσµευση από την Εταιρεία για την αποδοχή
ασφαλιστικού κινδύνου, τροποποίησής του ή διαφοροποίησης των όρων του ασφαλιστηρίου.

TERMS OF ISSUE OF THE RECEIPT VOUCHER

• Authorised persons: This receipt voucher is valid only if it has been issued and signed by an authorised employee or agent of the Company.
• Cheques or bank remittances: This receipt voucher does not bind the Company for any part of the received amount paid by cheque or other type of
remittance unless the cheque is cleared and redeemed when the Company presents it to the Bank for collection or when the amount of the remittance is
deposited into the Company’s bank account.
• Advance Payments: If the amount received relates to an advance or prepayment on an insurance proposal, then the terms of the insurance proposal apply.
If the receipt concerns a down payment for any change to an insurance policy, the Company reserves the right to accept it or not, by issuing in case of
acceptance the relevant documents. If the proposal is not accepted nor any change is made, the amount received will be refunded to the person who effected
the payment. For complete information on the acceptance or non-acceptance of the insurance proposal or any change or amendment to the policy the person
concerned should contact the Company.
• Company’s Liability: The collection of any amount does not constitute any form of liability or commitment by the Company for the acceptance of any
insurance risk, any change it or any amendment to the terms of the policy.
