SENIOR HIGHSCHOOL STUDENT SHOULD HAVE COMPLETE

FREEDOM TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN COURSES

Senior High School is intended to prepare for college by providing them with the global skills,
competences, and information they will need to pursue successful future career options. These various
tracks, strands, and specialties are designed to help you figure out which paths best suit your strengths,
passions, and abilities. Selecting the appropriate Senior High School strand can assist you in becoming
more motivated for your future job. Because the strands are built and customized to meet your hobbies,
studying becomes more pleasurable after you choose one. Furthermore, it broadens your knowledge and
abilities while also providing exposure to your chosen subject of study in preparation for college.

Students have different minds and interests, and it is unfair to force them to attend a class they would not
want to take. If a kid excels in and enjoys English classes but fails in math and science, that student
should be allowed to take more literary courses so that he or she can develop and learn about a subject
that interests him or her. The ability to choose whatever course we want to pursue is a must because it
allows us to be ourselves while also allowing us to collaborate while keeping autonomy. Student should
be able to choose their own classes because it will better prepare them for life. Instead of being forced to
take particular classes in order to graduate, students would be more motivated to learn and attend school
if they were given the option to choose their own classes. When students have the option of selecting
what they want to learn about, they are more likely to interact with the information.

Knowing and understanding ourselves better allows us to make better decisions, create and achieve more
appropriate goals, and live a more productive life. We often overlook the significance of understanding
oneself. Many of us go through each day reacting to events and just getting by out a living rather than
making deliberate decisions based on who we are and what we want. It's difficult to create goals, stay
motivated, or figure out the best course of action when we don't know where we're going. We must first
determine who we are and want we want before we can do any of these things.
