1) Hardware – The hardware listed below would ensure that Bill is able to work at home or
on the go and is able to print and/or scan any documents required and save externally in
the event of anything.

Laptop – Asus 2-in-1 15.6 Touch Screen

– Can be used as both a laptop and a tablet.
- 2 TB Hard Drive
- Intel 6th Generation Core i7 2.5 gigabyte Processor
- 1-year warranty on parts and labor

Printer – Epson Expression Home XP 430 small-in-one wireless all-in-one

Storage – WD – My Passport Ultra 2TB External 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive

Telephone – Apple IPhone 6s plus

2) The operating system recommended is Windows 10 as it is a universal system which can

be accessed on both the laptop and the Cellphone.

3) Wireless Networking would be suggested so the enable the use of all the devices
wirelessly. Bill would then be able to work from anywhere in his house.

4) Microsoft Office 365 should be purchased to allow for application usage on both the
Laptop and the IPhone. Bill would also require training in the following:

- Apple OS
- Microsoft software which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

5) The estimated proposed cost for everything is $2010.00 which does not include the cost
of the service plan for the mobile phone
