Statement of the problem
Based on our observation and analysis of the current existing paper based manual system we are going to develop new computerize system that work using computer, mobile device and internet. The aim of this system is to change the paper based manual system to a computerize system for handle all bill payments on a single platform. It offers a comprehensive of benefits, allowing customers to make payments more efficiently and maximize productively by adding some additional features for satisfying the customer needs. The manual billing system that is employed is extremely laborious and quite inadequate and also the manual billing process requires a lot of steps, human resources, and documentation. It only makes the process more difficult and hard to manage.
