Summer Training Project


(Course Code: BBA - 311)

All the students will submit their Summer Training Project Reports (TWO copies) within a

period of one month in the concerned Institute/School; this period shall be counted from the last

date of completion of their Summer Training at the company. The Corporate Mentor(Training

Supervisor) in the organization under whose guidance the summer training is carried out will be

required to grade the student’s project in the format prescribed by the university (Annexure – A).

Each student will be attached with one internal project guide, with whom they shall be in

continuous touch during the training period. The internal project guide will be required to

evaluate (out of 50 marks) on the basis of the assessment report provided by the organization

where the Summer Training has been completed and his/her own assessment about the work

done by the student. The evaluation of the remaining 50 marks shall be made by external

examiner appointed by the University who shall evaluate on the basis of presentation and the

assessment report received from the organization where student has undergone Summer

Training.

b. Typing Instructions:

The length of the Project Report may be about 40-60typed pages on A4 size
paper.
The text should be prepared with 1.5 line spacing and 12-point Times New
Roman font with a
 Margin of 1.25” on left side
 Margin of 1” on the remaining three sides.

c. Each summer training report should adequately explain the research methodology adopted
and the direction for future research.

d. The material in the report wherever picked up from any source, the name of the source is
mandatory to be referred in the required format.

e. The project report must accompany a declaration certificate in the prescribed format on the
Company’s letter head.

literature should be duly acknowledged in bibliography

Note:

1. Students are required to start their training latest by June 22, so that their training will
endby July 2022. The students have to report to the institute for the their5 thSemester (As
per GGSIPU revised Academic Calendar)
2. During the period of report writing (i.e. in June 22&July 22), it is mandatory for every
student to have a weekly meeting with their respective Internal Project Guide. The
Internal Project Guides will have to maintain a date wise meeting record and submit to
the programme -HOD at the end of October 2022
3. No Projects will be accepted after the last day.
