We are delighted to learn your interest in holding your above mentioned event at Hotel Indonesia

Based on your requirements recently, we have prepared the following arrangements for your review and
perusal.

Room rate terms and conditions:

 Rates are subject to 21% prevailing government tax and service charge
 Rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at the Signatures Restaurant for 1 (one) or 2 (two)
persons
 Additional breakfast is chargeable at IDR 312,180 nett per person
 Extra bed is available at IDR 907,500 nett per night, inclusive buffet breakfast at The Signature
Restaurant for 1 (one) person (can be set up in Grand Deluxe Room type above)
 Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi internet connection dedicated at 10 Mbps
 Rates are extended privately for this event, for the staying period of July 2022, 1 day prior and 1
day after but cannot be used for future reference. Please advise the final date.
 Check-in time is at 2 pm, additional charge for early arrival will be applied accordingly
 Check-out time is at 12 pm, additional charge for late departure will be applied accordingly
 This group rates are quoted for minimum 50 (fifty) rooms at least in 1 (one) night. Should number of
room(s) required less than 50 (fifty) rooms in minimum 1 (one) night stay, Hotel reserved the right to
revise the rate accordingly.

SERVICE CHARGE, GOVERNMENT TAX & GST

All rates, unless otherwise quoted, are subject to 21% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

RATE CONFIDENTIALITY
All rates should not be disclosed, directly or indirectly, unless explicit written approval is given by the
Hotel.

HOTEL PROVISION
Unless previously agreed by the hotel and at applicable corkage rate, no food and beverage shall be
allowed to be brought or consumed in the hotel premises.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY
The maximum capacity of (Venue) is (no of person) persons in existing set-up (wall to wall setup). In the
interest of safety and in compliance with local regulations, we respectfully regret our inability to permit
entry in excess of this number.

CUT OFF DATE

Currently, your booking is under tentative basis. In order to confirm the space for your function, we
require your acceptance of all arrangements by confirming the status of the event and/or provide down
payment at IDR 120,000,000 - at the latest on Friday, 19 August 2022, while full payment based on final
estimated charges should be settled by 1 September 2022. Any additional on the day should be settled by
cash or credit card. We will regretfully release the space should we receive no confirmation on the
mentioned date above.
