If you do not see the Tech Mode menu press the menu button again. (You
need to enter the key sequence quickly.)3. Select Tech Menu4. Select
DataSetup5. Arrow to Clear Counts and press Enter6. Enter Password
19347. Arrow to Transfer Belt and press Enter.The display will show
Clearing Counts and then return you to the Tech Menu. Press exit several
times to exit the Tech Menu and then power cycle the
printer.Comments:Oct 20, 2009 - If you have replaced the Image Transfer
Belt, and the printer still does not work, you will need to reset the counter.
Xerox would not tell me how to do it, so I did some investigating.1. Enter
