Intention/Concept for the Outreach Program:

The Outreach Program's goal is to support an orphanage. I, Marithe Andrelance Go, an Outreach program
organizer from Emilio Aguinaldo College of Junior High School, have been assigned the role of creating a
strategy for an orphanage monetary donation campaign in the Supreme Student Government of EAC HS's
outreach program. This planning entails using the mathematical representations of the sequence that I
learned in Mathematics. I'd want to share the strategy we devised so that we may extend our helping hands
to others. This preparation can help others develop strategies for others who wish to donate as well.
An orphanage is a residential facility that cares for orphans and other children who do not have any homes
and have been separated from their birth families. They look after these youngsters until they may be
adopted or put in a comfortable home. Some children do not have a family, and it is upsetting for them to
realize they do not have parents to acknowledge them. And so, the Outreach program's objective is to
motivate and present these children with a brighter hope, offer memories to treasure, a home, and as well as
to remind them that they should not give up on their wish to have a family. We would also want to
contribute by supporting and providing finances for the orphanage. This assistance will be highly beneficial
to the children. This may influence others to aid and support an orphanage as well.

Explanation of Mathematical Forms.

Our group came upon an orphanage in Manila that is in great need of assistance for the children. We decide
to begin our strategy after we have determined our objective. First, we agreed to collect funds from the
High School Department for 40 days. Per day, we will collect 15 pesos to HS. Second, after choosing how
much money we should acquire, we divided it into categories based on the type of program that would
most likely entertain the youngsters.

Formula of the total amount after 40 days. = Php __12900__

Sn = n/2 (a + tn)
Sn = 40/2 (30 + 615)
Sn = 20 (645)
Total amount after 40 days = 12900
