I am depositing herewith, the sum of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php) 10,000 , as initial investment (reservation)for
the above-described lot/house & lot.

The remaining down payment shall be paid by me as scheduled above and upon full payment thereof, the
prescribed Contract to Sell which is available for examination shall be executed and signed by me.

The monthly amortization on the balance of the total contract price shall immediately commence without further
notice thirty (30) days from the date of full down payment or as stated above regardless of whether my Contract
to Sell has been delivered to me or not.

Further, I agree to apply for a housing loan thru Bank or HDMF Financing to pay-off the principal balance to RCD
LAND, INC.

It is understood and agreed that this reservation is non-transferable and any transfer made by me shall be void
and shall be cause for cancellation of this reservation and the forfeiture of my reservation money and any all
other payment/s made.

I hereby certify that I have personally inspected the lot/house & lot subject of this reservation and I have found
the same to be satisfactory. However, should there be any increase or decrease in the actual area of the lot
reserved by reason of government regulation and/or requirements, re-mapping or to conform with any change in
the subdivision plan, or simply by reason of honest mistake, or inadvertence, I agree to pay the amount
corresponding to the increase in area or to be refunded with the amount corresponding to the decrease thereof
in accordance with the price per sqm. herein indicated.

As a Buyer, I am fully aware of the following obligations which are pre-requisite to the continuing validity of my
reservation.

1. POST DATED CHECKS: All post-dated checks required by RCD Land, Inc. under this agreement should
be submitted within thirty (30) days from date of reservation.

2. CANCELLATION & FORFEITURE: RCD Land, Inc., shall have the right to automatically cancel my
reservation without further notice and forfeit as liquidated damages my reservation fee, equity/DP
payment and whatever additional payment/s I have made in the event of any of the following:

a. failure on my part to pay any installment on the down payment as stated above;
b. non-compliance on my part to submit all requirements for housing loan within thirty (30) days from
reservation date;
c. failure on my part to sign and deliver the prescribed Contract to Sell within seven (7) days from date
of my full down payment;
d. withdrawal on my part from this agreement for any reason whatsoever;
e. non-compliance on my part to submit any document requirement material to my housing loan
application, as may be deemed necessary, by the Bank/HDMF Financing or any financing institution
within thirty (30) days from date of notice, either orally or in writing.
f. non-compliance with the condition set forth in no. 5 hereof;

3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the foregoing paragraph, RCD Land, Inc. may accept any late payment
made by me, in which case RCD Land, Inc., shall charge 5% per month for delayed payment/s based on
the amount due.

4. Only payments made to RCD Land, Inc. and officially receipted by the company cashier shall be
considered as valid payment/s. Other payment/s, such as those given to brokers, agents, and/or RCD
Land, Inc. employees for transmittal or safekeeping shall not be considered as valid payment/s.

5. FOR BANK/HDMF/PAG-IBIG ACCOUNTS:

a. During the pendency of my housing loan application, I agree to pay my monthly amortization dues
based on in-house rates. In the event that the approved loan amount is less than the estimated loan
amount or less than the loan amount applied for, I agree to pay the difference during the remaining
term of the down payment.

b. I hereby undertake to pay whatever outstanding balance of the purchase price should the approved
loan amount is less than the loan applied for, within thirty (30) days from receipt of Letter of
Guaranty (LOG) or Notice of Approval (NOA).

c. In the event, however , that my housing loan application is returned for compliance by the
Bank/HDMF or any financing institution for failure on my part to comply with or submit any
document/requirement material to the approval/consideration of my housing loan, as may be
deemed necessary, I hereby undertake to comply with the same within the period provided for in
the notice and any fees or expenses required or incidental thereto for the re-filing of my housing
loan shall be for my account. Failure on my part to comply with the same warrants automatic
cancellation of RCD Land, Inc., of this contract subject to the provision set forth under no.2 (f)
hereof.

d. In case further, that my housing loan application was dis-approved or declined for any reason
whatsoever by the Bank/HDMF or the concerned financing institution, I agree to pay the balance
thru in-house financing which will commence (30) days from the receipt of notice of such denial or
dis-approval. Failure on my part to pay monthly amortization under Inhouse Financing do so
warrants automatic termination of this contract by RCD Land, Inc. without further notice to me,
subject to the condition set forth in no. 2 (e) hereof.

6. I hereby undertake to process the move-in to my unit within thirty (30) days from loan take out subject to
payment of the required Move-In Fees. My failure to settle move-in fees and failure to inspect the unit (60)
days after loan take out will mean that the unit is automatically accepted by me and the responsibility of
RCD Land, Inc., to safeguard and/or maintain the unit is terminated. In case somebody conducts post
inspection, any defect and/or repair of the unit shall be for my account.

7. All taxes and fees (i.e. documentary stamps, transfer tax, registration expenses, real estate property tax,
notarial fees) necessary to the transfer of the above unit/lot in my name shall be to my account except for
withholding tax that will be shouldered by RCD Land, Inc.

8. The payment for the installation of Electrical system (MERALCO), Water Connection, Insurance, Move-in
Fees and other incidental expenses will be for my account.

9. I hereby confirm that we can be reached by mail at the given address on the Buyer’s Information Sheet,
and that we shall notify RCD Land, Inc. in writing for any change of address and contact numbers within
seven (7) days from the date of the effectivity of the change. Failure to do so shall free RCD Land, Inc., of
the responsibility of disseminating information and/or documents to me.

Any provision to the contrary notwithstanding, I hereby agree and acknowledge that RCD Land, Inc. has the
right to cancel and rescind this reservation for any cause whatsoever at any time before issuance of my Contract
to Sell by giving written notice of its intention to do so.

I am aware that the lot/house & lot unit referred to in this Reservation Agreement is subjected to a
Developmental Loan. I acknowledged that RCD Land, Inc, has the right to mortgage the PROJECT, including the
title covering the property provided, however, upon full payment of the purchase price including all the
assessments and other charges or the approval of my housing loan thereof, the title shall be delivered to me free
from and clear of any and all kinds of liens, charges and encumbrances.

I hereby further understand that any representation or warranty made to me by the agent who handled this
sale not embodied herein shall not be binding on the company unless reduced into writing and confirmed by the
President of RCD Land, Inc., and this contract shall not be considered as changed, modified, altered or in any
way amended by acts of tolerance of RCD Land, Inc., unless such changes, modification or amendments are
made in writing and signed by the aforementioned officer. Only duly authorized officers of the company are
allowed to make commitments for and in behalf of RCD Land, Inc.

This contract states the entire agreement of both parties hereto and any stipulation, representation,
agreement or promises, oral or otherwise not contained in this reservation or incorporated herein by reference
shall not bind RCD Land, Inc.
