Crown Rehab - Week 4 (9/26-9/30)

9/26 - 8 hrs (8am-4pm) M

-Greet residents and tell them the activities for the day, which was Manicures and Shopping
-Transport all residents to the activity room twice a day, once in the morning and another time in
the afternoon
-Document all of the residents activities in the computer system for billing. This includes all of
the residents actions for the day; from anything as simple as fluid to as important as medicine
intake.
-Prepare for the next days main activity which is Exercise on 9/27

9/27 - 4hrs (12pm-4pm)T

*I only came in for 4 hours-- the main activity of the day was Exercise even though I missed it in
the morning, but I was there for the food committee in the afternoon.
-Document all of the residents activities in the computer system for billing. This includes all of
the residents actions for the day; from anything as small as fluid to as important as medicine
intake.
-Assist in the food committee, a meeting where the residents get to voice their opinion about
anything involving their current food situation.
-Prepare for the next days main activity which is on 9/28 which is Bingo

9/29 - 8 hrs (8am-4pm)Th

-Greet residents and tell them the activities for the day, which was Donut Day/Room Visits
-Transport all residents to the activity room twice a day, once in the morning and another time in
the afternoon
-Document all of the residents activities in the computer system for billing. This includes all of
the residents actions for the day; from anything as simple as fluid to as important as medicine
intake.
-Prepare for the next days main activity which is the resident council meeting on 9/30
