Mercer Investments India is seeking candidate(s) for the following position based in the
Noida/Gurgaon (ASF) office

Analyst

What can you expect?

You will be a part of the Investments group that provides a broad range of investment consulting services,
working closely with the Mercer Investment Consultants across multiple geographies. This role ill support
analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring
process. The role will focus on various aspects of institutional investing, including data collection and analysis,
investment strategies research, performance reporting and related investment consulting support functions. The
incumbent in this role should have an understanding of the Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of
various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies.

You will act as an investment specialist responsible for preparing the quarterly performance evaluation reports,
reviewing investment policy statement, writing investment commentaries, and completing ad-hoc research/data
requests from institutional clients.

We will count on you for:

Daily work management and execution of performance reporting operations activities

Measuring Performance of investments and asset classes in the clients portfolio
Communicate with investment and money managers and custodians to gather and/or clarify client specific
data for reporting
Produce quarterly manager commentary by assessing the performance of fund/investment strategies
Prepare performance report for Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, cio, Endowment and Foundation
plans which includes structured discussion on performance results of fund managers and recommendations
on hold/liquidate investment managers
Review asset allocation and portfolio construction as per client goals and risk appetite
Review and amend investment policy statements
Fund managers screening and preparation of search report
Provide support on projects for Strategic Research team and Intellectual Capital publications
Write research papers on macro/micro economic environment and Investment industry

Providing timely updates to manager and other stakeholders

What you need to have:

Knowledge & Skills:

Commnerce Graduate or Master degree in Finance

Certificaticn in CIPM, CFA and CAIA will be preferable
0 3 years' experience in the wealth management/investment industry overall
Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with pees
Strong logical and analytical skills with attention to details
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, third party tools-Bloomberg, Morning Star, Lipper, etc
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills
Demonstrated success working with out-of-country professionals
Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changingand dynamic environ ment,
ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-date
Proficient understand ing of asset classes (equity, fixed income and alternatives)
Excellent client management skills
Positive attitude & ability to adapt ever-changing environment
