The core function of the position is to provide sound financial advice on the Oasis Crescent products offering and meet agreed
business plan objectives. These products are UCITS funds that are available directly or indirectly through SIPP and ISA

wrappers.
Promote the Oasis Crescent brand of UCITS collective investment schemes within the UK as a savings vehicle of
choice either directly or via a retirement savings option such as Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) or as a tax
incentivized wrapper such as Individual Saving accounts (ISA).
Travel to various parts of the UK to meet with retail and institutional clients.
Provide the full function of financial advice to retail clients including a fact find, suitability analysis and suitability
report. Provide ongoing service to existing clients.
Ensure that sales and activity targets, agreed upon, are met.
Competence at all stages of the financial advisory process and operating at all times within the framework of the
law.
Job Description
Employee will be required to generate his own leads effectively with potential clients to ensure he / she meets
the agreed targets and deadlines.
To ensure all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the group's compliance,
anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements including but not limited to the records of engagements
with clients and prospective clients.
The advisor must ensure that the documentation relating to the advisory process is of a high standard and free
of errors and that records are maintained with all clients’ records in line with company policies and procedures.
Candidate must follow the company’s business strategy.
Should be familiar with the broad range of investment and retirement savings options including the UK Financial
Services Regulations, Personal Taxation, Ethical Investment, Risk, Financial Protection and Retirement Planning.
Should have an understanding of the fundamental concepts of socially responsible investment.
Minimum Should have a history of building strong relationship and a proven sales track record.
Experience in
years & Skills Connections to communities in the UK- though not a pre requisite, will be preferred.
Must be able to generate own Sales leads and be willing to explore, identify and pursue new clients.
Good general computer literacy.
Should have valid UK driver license.
