Kantianism 1st Formulation: according to Kantianism first categorial imperative

that stat that” act only moral rule when we can make it as a universal rule” the
rule is “share expertise with your team members” so:
If Rajiv uses the Clean Room:
The resources which Rajiv used was public resources (videos or courses)
was public so if Rajiv used clean room technique, he would not show up the
Felicity secrets and techniques, so this is right action.
If Rajiv uses the questions way:
Maybe he will ask him direct questions and tell them about the secrets by
mistake and he may be breaking the contract with Felicity so we cannot make it
as a universal rule.
Kantianism 2nd Formulation: according to Kantianism second categorial
imperative that state that “Act so that you always treat both yourself and other
people as ends in themselves, and never only as a means to an end.” If Rajiv use
the questions way maybe when he asked them direct question, he will show up
and tell the team member about the technique by indirect way, so this action
sometimes is wrong action.
Act-Utilitarianism Theory: according to act utilitarian that state that” We must
calculate the income results from the action is benefits exceeded harms the
action will be right and if the harms exceeded benefits the action will be wrong”
so we will calculate the benefits and harms:
Suppose the fine if he shows up Felicity’s secrets is 300,000$ and if them publish
the software in deadline they will take 450,000$ if them will late the company will
decrease the amount to 50,000$ so if Rajiv use clean room maybe the team will
submit the project late so the amount will be 50,000$.
If he uses the question way, he will pay 300,000$ as a fine and get 150,000$ as an
amount (amount = 450,000$ - 300,000$).
So, the benefits from question way are exceeded the benefits from clean room
technique.
Social Contract Theory: according to social contract that state that “you must
observe the contracts with other peoples” if Rajiv uses the clean room technique,
he will not break any contract with Felicity because he can give him any resources
(Courses, Websites, Books, …etc.) which he used it based on that he will not break
the contracts.
If Rajiv uses question way maybe asked him direct question and show up the
secrets to his team members by answer the questions which he asked
So, the clean room technique was the right action.

Virtue Ethics:
Rajiv responsible about the development team so if he uses the clean room
technique, he will save Felicity secrets and help the members in his team, and this
is an attribute in the good leader and good employee.
If uses question way technique he will to give him any secret information by
mistake to his members and the good employee was not break the contracts so
this is wrong action

Finally the clean room technique better than question way because it more safe
than another ways and was not effect negatively for the members or himself.
