“My Self-Care Plan”

 Physical Self-Care
1. Taking 7-8 hours of sleep to keep myself active and alive.
2. I eat nutritious foods every meal 3 times a day.
3. Keeping myself fit through regular exercise.
4. I drink more than 8 glasses of water to keep me hydrated.
5. I engage myself in different sports and activities.

 Psychological Self-Care
1. I always make sure that I have time for bonds with my family and friends.
2. I volunteer on any community service program and being active at our
hometown.
3. I often take break on social media and find a peace of mind.
4. I constantly take on advices and support from my peers and loved ones.
5. Travel and road trips are my hobbies that always makes me feel relaxed.

 Emotional Self-Care
1. Reading inspirational stories of successful people in order for me to get
motivations as I go through life.
2. In order to ease the feeling of stress and pressure, I open up my problems to my
family and loved ones.
3. I write different thoughts of my diary as I note the different valuable things that
happened.
4. Having deep talks with my siblings is what I do for they always got my back.
5. I listen to different genre of music in order to boost my mood.

 Spiritual Self-Care
1. I always spend time to attend the mass and interact with God.
2. I pray every before meals and sleep.
3. I always participate in any church activities in our town.
4. I meditate to keep me relax.
5. I connect myself to the word and gospel of God.
