“Christian’s Self-Care Plan”

Physical Self-Care
1. I should work on getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
2. Make sure to eat three times per day and follow a balanced diet.
3. I have to keep up a tidy and sanitary lifestyle.
4. I should consume eight glasses of water daily to stay hydrated.
5. Do push-ups, planks, jumping jacks, and other forms of exercise for an hour every day
to keep my body physically fit.

Psychological Self-Care
1. Taking breaks from using my social media accounts to find a piece of mind.
2. I read various books to broaden my knowledge.
3. I love playing with my dog to entertain myself and unwind.
4. I practice meditation to clear my head.
5. I reflect on things for which I am grateful.

Spiritual Self-Care
1. I always pray to God, whether I'm asking for help, guidance, or just thanking him for all
the blessings he's given me.
2. I often put God first in everything.
3. I go to church and attend mass every Sunday.
4. I do some random acts of kindness and voluntarily help those people who are in need.
5. I spend more time outside to improve my spiritual well-being.

Emotional Self-Care
1. I keep in touch with my loved ones and friends.
2. I read motivational stories of those well-known and successful people to keep myself
inspired as I navigate through life every day.
3. I express my warm gratitude to those people who helped me.
4. I discuss my problems with my parents to lessen the weighty feeling I am carrying as a
result of pressure and stress.
5. I entertain myself by watching humorous and cheerful videos to relax a little bit.
