Tunnel Vision Nutrition

Customized Meal Plan

Breakfast:

Mushroom omlette (3 eggs + handful mushroom + 1 teaspoon olive oil)

1 Brown toast or ¼ loaf bread

Lunch:

Saturday, Monday and Wednesday: 250 gram Chicken breast + green salad + 1 Cup
cooked veggies

Sunday and Thursday: 1 palm size steak + 1 Cup cooked veggies + 1 medium sized
mashed potato

Tuesday and Friday: 1 Can Tuna + large bowl green salad


** Veggies could be; spinach, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, peppers… (Choose whatever u
like, could be one or mix, bas DON’T skip them plz, they are important)

Dinner:

2 Brown toast

2 Tablespoon labneh cheese

1 Apple or 1 banana

Snack:

1 small handful almonds (20 almonds)

Tips:

1. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily

2. Sleep 7-8 hours daily (preferably from 8 pm to 7am)

3. You could drink one cup of coffee in the morning (skimmed milk if you add milk)

4. For hot Drinks mid-day or during work, green tea or any herbal drink is okay
(WITHOUT adding sugar)

5. Don’t skip fruits and vegetables plz
