First, we need to change the view to be read it from Adaa DB.

For the successful submissions table, the columns should be:

1- Regions
2- Establishments
3- Name of practitioners
4- ID of practitioners
5- Date of submission
6- The status of the report: Only accepted report

For the unsuccessful submissions table, the columns should be:

1- Region
2- Establishments
3- Name of practitioners
4- ID of practitioners
5- Date of submission
6- The status of the report: Pending and rejected reports
7- Reason if rejected

And for the successful submission percentage should be the accepted report / total submitted report = % , the
same formula applies for each region
