Job Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operation of Administrative work in the office.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copes)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Coordinate communication with candidates and clients.
Assist in documentation, applications and other Issues related to workers.
Assist our recuiter/HR to source candidates and update the workers database.
Assist supervisor / Manager for communication, documentation task as specified by
him/her.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00
Except than medical leave should be informed 2 days prior to the employer.
