Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
 Assist with day to day operation of Administrative work in the office.
 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copes)
 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
 Communicate with public services when necessary.
 Coordinate communication with candidates and clients.
 Assist in documentation, applications and other Issues related to workers.
 Assist our recuiter/HR to source candidates and update the workers database.
 Assist supervisor / Manager for communication, documentation task as specified by
him/her.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00

Salary: 4000 PLN brutto (initially)

(Fluent Polish communication skills is most)

Regulations regarding working hours.


Workers not following the time would be given 2 notices verbally or written, 3rd notice
will be considered as breach in contract and Employer is entitled to cancel the contract
without any prior notice.

Workers are allowed 60 minutes of lunch break.

The above-mentioned hours might differ when employee is in tasks as assigned by


employer, or with notice from employer.

Except than medical leave should be informed 2 days prior to the employer.
