o Lack of coordination between staffs

o Well organised team

o At least new Client for general works
o New workers – supply channel in Georgia, Armenia,
Moldova, Belarus and Ukraine.
o Total no. of workers by Nov should be 60-75.
New strategies

o Sales strategies as per informed last time.

Role
REPORTING
o Listing Daily task in Trello/ Slack by 10:15 am
o Submitting the reports at 04:55 pm.
o Evaluation of Tasks and report on every Friday.
o Workers review will be done from the report assesment.
o Lack of doing so, will be verbally warned firstly, secondly
leading the termination of contract.
o Staff meeting will be held every month on first week.
