Lemon and Orange

Lemons and orange are both fruit that have the same benefit. Lemons and oranges are
both citrus fruits that belong to the Rutaceae family. They more or less have similar nutritional
qualities. Vitamin C is one of the most essential elements of both fruits. A lemon is a small,
yellow, oval fruit with a high acid content that is generally not eaten on its own due to its high
acidity. It is used as a flavouring agent in teas, cakes, cookies, vegetable dishes, as an acid for
poaching meats, or squeezed into a sweetened drink called lemonade. Oranges are small-to-
medium, round, brightly coloured fruits that are often eaten alone or in fruit salads, or more
popularly, made into juice. They are one of Florida's top exports. They are acidic as well, but the
acid content is much lower than that of a lemon, allowing them to be enjoyed as a standalone
fruit. Both lemon and orange are high in Vitamin C and dietary fiber. Similarly, orange and
lemon contain amounts of calories - lemon has 29 calories per 100 grams and orange has 46
calories. Lemon and orange contain similar amounts carbs - lemon has 9.3g of total carbs per
100 grams and orange has 11.5g of carbohydrates. In the same way, orange and lemon have so
many good nutrition for human body.
