Terms and Conditions

a. Bulk discount is based on PO issued and before scanning commences. Any add-on after scanning has started will be considered
as new order
b. Limited to 2 types of samples per batch.
For example, 10 pcs of model A and 10 pcs of model B qualifies for 20 pcs bulk discount
c. Customer should provide external media storage (at least 500Gb) for volume data
d. Measurement result do not conform to VDI/VDE 2630
e. Maximum sample size for CT is diameter 250 mm x height 250 mm
f. Maximum sample size for Radiography is 400 mm x 400 mm
g. Customer should bear the courier cost for delivery and collection.
Alternatively, customer can request for a shipping quote from PT. Nikon Indonesia
h. For high density material samples such as Inconel, Steel and e.tc, a trial scan can be arranged
i. Price may subject to changes without prior notice
j. PT. Nikon Indonesia reserves the right to accept the order
k. For project based on long scanning time samples, please request for quotation
l. Images result maximum to 20 ea is free of charge
