1. PURPOSE:

The objective of this procedure is to ensure that the containers are planned for discharging / loading from / to the
vessel.

2. SCOPE:

This procedure encompasses guidelines with regard to the actions to be taken from the initial receipt of
Vessel / Container details from the Shipping Line / Agent through to final issue of the discharge / loading
Planning of the vessel.

3. PROCEDURE:
