Project team should arrange to hold a meeting with the CABGOC Marine
Group to discuss
· CABGOC expectations.
· Roles and responsibilities of the project team and CABGOC
· Projects work scope, area of operation, and marine unit
requirements

4-6 Months prior to MOB Nominate Vessel

Pre-Charter Review (MOOG/Project)
Information required:
Vessel/Barge Name, Owner and/or Operator
Vessel IMO Number, Specification
Work Location, Summary of Scope of Work
MOOG to provide Feedback on:
· Suitability of vessels specification
· Suitability of vessel/barge specifications
for proposed project
