Official Dance Organization of SGV
Composed of partners, managers, seniors
and staff across all service lines and market
groups.

Began as informal Community

Initiated by SGV dancers who regularly
participate in performances in Firm events.
[i.e., SGV’s Got Talent, SGV’s Staff Anniversary,
Market Group (MG) Christmas parties].

The Pioneer Group

The pioneer group was composed of 31
members with different dance backgrounds
and styles, all driven by a common
dedication and passion for dance.

performances (e.g., choreography, concepts,
blockings, et al), whether on stage or in film and
make decisions regarding creative and practical
elements of a performance (close coordination with
Art and Media Committee).responsible for training
sessions, dance classes, showcases, and auditions
(e.g., mechanics, guidelines, and criteria)
▪ Manage rehearsals and auditions (e.g., mechanics,
guidelines, and criteria; close coordination with
Membership and Socials Committee).
▪ Promote activities in aiming to achieve high levels of
technical proficiency, physical ability, and physical
fitness of the committee and ultimately SGVDC.
▪ Promote a culture of creativity, confidence,
admiration, and respect in SGVDC by normalizing
dance cyphers and other activities
