The Duel Of The Birds

In this standoff of the birds the philadelphia eagles will take on the Arizona Cardinals on October
9th, 2022. The Philadelphia Eagles are currently 5-0 and the Arizona Cardinals stand at 2-2.

The Eagles have been the biggest surprise of the NFL currently being the only undefeated team
in the league. The eagles have the second ranked offense in the league and the defense ranked
third in the league as well. This game will become an eagles reunion with the Cardinals tight end
the former eagle zach ertz he was traded last season to the Cardinals. Will the Eagles be able to
advance with an undefeated record or will the Cardinals put that to an end?

In the past times the Eagles have struggled when they played the Cardinals away losing the last
five trips they took out to the dessert. In addition, the Eagles have never won a game in the new
State Farm Stadium so they will be looking forward to breaking that drought. Star quarterback
Jalen Hurts states,” We are very aware of the circumstances and we look forward to going in
there with a winning mindset to accomplish our goal”. The Eagles have been off to a great start
on both ends of the football which added to their success so far.

The Cardinals have had a slow start when it comes to their offense they have suffered two
injuries from their star wide receivers that helped open up the offense. Both of their wide
receivers will return for this game Aj Green and Marquise Brown, hopefully this will help them
with the run and gun offense that they run. In order for them to slow down the Eagles they will
have to slow down their run game and continue to apply the pressure on Jalen Hurts the full
game.

Cardinals star quarterback Kyler Murray states,” We have had some major injuries early in the
season but having them back this game will be a great sight to see for us to come together and be
the team we know we can be”. There could possibly be a mismatch with Murray running the
football against the eagles linebacker core but the Cardinals will have to execute it very well.
Amongst the tactics they need to abide by this contest will one to see which bird will fly higher
on this occasion?
