Balanced Scorecard

A balanced scored can is a framework for implementation and management strategy. It is

also a link between a vision and strategic objectives, initiatives and targets. It is the driving force

obligated in balancing the performance measures, financial measures and other goals related to

all parts of the organization. In business, it is the tool that measures performance. The

relationship between a balanced scorecard and knowledge is that balanced scorecard measures

knowledge. Knowledge creation particularly in technology has important meaning especially

when dealing with data and information relationship. Therefore, there is need to understand the

two. Many organizations store their data in databases whereby accessing it in the organization is

easy.

On the flip side, information cannot not create new knowledge because knowledge

creation is the work of individuals depending on the needs of the organization. Through

participation in different groups, individuals can be able to create new knowledge for the

organization (Rusu & Viscusi, 2017). Therefore, we can link knowledge with the transformation

of the organization. Furthermore, organizations should focus on change and knowledge

management that will act as a catalyst and implement efficient organizational learning technique.

These techniques are essential especially when addressing issues that arise in the organization.

Moreover, the processes must have a link with the strategies of the organization. The process of

cultural assimilation gets influenced by the responsive organizational dynamism that changes the

culture of the organization. In an organization there is a need to define the interaction between

culture and strategy. Therefore, the business strategy has the obligation of driving organizational

behavior even if the technology acts as a dynamic variable. Additionally, there are myths that

define the culture of an organization.
