JUSTIFICATION

On demands of AIRF in the Railway Board PNM, it is directed to provide basic

amenities for women employees in all offices, stations, workshops and depots where
considerable number of women employees are working.CEPD has insructed to upload the
proposal for provision of change room and rest room facilities for women RPF personnel at
stations MMC, LW/PER & RH/PER under GM OT sanction for the year 20-21 vide letter
no.w.573/OT works/2021/GI dated 19.03.2021. As instructed by DRM proposal was made for
provision of change room and rest room facilities at MMC,CW/PER & RH/PER for inclusion in
OT 20-21. Now as instructed by HQ vide letter no.W.573/OT works/2021/GI/ E 61948 dated
02.08.2021, the proposal is modified for plan no.CE 620 for inclusion in GM OOT 21-22. GM
has agreed for the OT proposal under PH 64 oth allocation DF3.

Accordingly, the estimate is prepared and sent herewith for an early concurrence pl.
