Login Form is used For only authorized person. Who has the authorities to control the whole application of the Gas Agency.

Master Forms :
Master Form contains several detail Forms like customer entry, cylinder booking, customer complain, customer complain solved etc forms. User can easily move from one Form to another Form using the master Form. The customer Entry Form contains the all necessary details of customer. The details like cust_code, name, address, residence proof, date of entry, telephone number etc

Cylinder Booking Form:

The Cylinder booking Form is used to book the cylinder via the phone or face to face booking. At the time of the cylinder booking customer must provide their cust_no and cylinder type. The customer complain form is used to note the complains of the customers about the cylinder. The complains may be like cylinder leakage, the gas weight is less in the cylinder etc

The customer complain solved Form shows the complain details which are solved and which are still remaining unsolved.
