    Territory Sales
    MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBLLITIES
    Support to increase Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
    Plan and achieve the primary & secondaiy sales target through distribution,
    Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
    Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call
    and promotional activities.
    Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
    Effectively control on distributor's perfonnance.
    Ensure optimum level of stocks at alJ times.
    Set perfonnance nonns for the SR and monitor their perfonnance .
    Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
    Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.
