Subject: About the Youth Development Program

Dear Mr. Robert,

I hope you’re having a wonderful day, I would like to know about your remarks on last week’s meeting
regarding the youth development program, which was held last December 15, 2022 in Brgy. 56 Ibalong
Village Taysan Legazpi. During the forum, the youth suggested three objective programs, first objective
is to promote sustainable natural ecosystems and smarter localities biodiversity conservation waste
management and pollution, second was to Endorse opportunities of indignant OSY, and lastly Lower the
incidence of “early sexual debut,” teenage pregnancy, “unintended pregnancy,” and maternal mortality.

Majority of the youth were in favor of lessening the pregnancy-related incident in adolescent period,
while minority is in favor of sustainability of our community and ecosystem, where I am in favor of and
few are in favor of giving more opportunity of education for indignant OSY.

Although I am more favor of the sustainability of our community and ecosystem, as the head of the
youth council which of the three is more approachable to be an optimal framework towards a
prosperous premeditation for the community? And also Why? Please let me know what is best.

Subject: New regulation on the use of Company’s resources

For the information of all the employees, for now on the use of company’s resources are only for work
related activities during work hours. Therefore, please observe proper use and care of our resources in
our workplace.

Those employees who are caught practicing inappropriate and unrelated work activities during work
hours will be called upon immediately to my office.

This regulation will be implemented for improving companies’ efficiency. An orientation will be held via
zoom meet to further clarify regarding the implementation, for the purpose of educating the minds
especially employees who usually social media.

All concerns will be directed to me during the said forum.
